GX Shopping Vouchers

1. GX shopping vouchers are issued by GO XTREME (GX) and can be spent only on goxtreme.shop. GiveXindia Technologies Private Limited gives them to its members as a benefit of a paid Give X membership.
2. Each paid month of the ₹99 or ₹199 one-month membership, and each paid monthly autopay charge of ₹99 or ₹199, gives one ₹99 voucher. The ₹999 one-year membership gives a ₹299 voucher on the day of payment and a ₹99 voucher every 30 days after that for 11 months: ₹1,388 in vouchers over the year. The ₹9 Starter, trials and other plans give no voucher.
3. Each voucher has its own validity of 12 months from the day it is issued or unlocked, so vouchers issued on different days expire on different days. Unused value expires at the end of that voucher's 12 months. We remind you before a voucher expires.
4. There is no minimum order. Vouchers add up, and whatever an order does not use stays for a later order until the voucher expires. The amount you pay on an order never goes below ₹1.
5. To use them, log in on goxtreme.shop with the same WhatsApp number as your Give X account and link the two accounts. Vouchers are used by that linked account only.
6. Vouchers are not cash. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred to another person or account.
7. If a GX order paid partly with vouchers is cancelled or returned, the voucher amount goes back to your balance with its original expiry. If the membership payment that earned a voucher is reversed (for example through a bank dispute or chargeback), the unspent part of that voucher is cancelled.
8. The Give X membership is non-refundable once active, except where its benefits were not provided. Ending a membership does not cancel vouchers already issued.
9. Any change to these voucher terms applies only to vouchers issued after the change, unless we give you at least 30 days' notice.
